Custom Sizes & Panoramic images
It is possible to produce prints in a variety of custom sizes and finishes. If you require a size or finish that is not listed, please get in touch.
Print Production and Shipping Times
Each print is specially created for you, therefor it typically requires 3-6 weeks to complete a print order. This includes shipping times (international orders may take longer). Peter personally oversees every aspect of the print making process and additional time may be required if he is traveling. It is sometimes possible to rush an order so please contact us directly if timing is an issue.
Corporate & Commercial Projects
In addition to offering fine art prints to individual collectors, we also work with businesses on larger print collection purchases. If you are interested in acquiring multiple prints for your office locations please contact us to discuss details and pricing.
Guarantee
Peter guarantees that you will be thrilled with the quality of your fine-art print. However, If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know within 10 days of receipt. We will fully refund the print price upon its safe return to our studio. Shipping charges can not be refunded. The print must be returned in original packaging, and in the same condition it was shipped in.
If you receive a print that was damaged during shipping, we will replace the print at no additional charge to you. However, refunds will not be given for prints damaged due to handling after receipt.
To avoid damage, we recommend storing or displaying the print in a dry location that does not receive direct sunlight. We also highly recommend working with a experienced framer to display your print. As such, we advise clients against removing prints from their protective shipping containers as a print can easily become damaged through improper handling. Often it is best to let your framer to handle the print until it is fully framed and ready for display.
